WEDDING DAY REMINDERS


Your wedding day is almost here! After months of preparations, the time has come to celebrate, and we can’t wait to capture all the amazing moments in store.


Over the years, we’ve found that it’s best to photograph your day with preparation, and in doing so, we can create the most amazing photographs of your day. We like being prepared as possible for the planned family photos & detail shots you’d like, so that we’re ready and able to be in the moment, capturing all the unexpected moments as they unfold naturally.


To make the wedding day photos as seamless as possible, we ask that you take a few moments to fill out the details below. You’ll find a place to check off the family portraits you’d like captured, a list of details to remember to bring on the wedding day, and a few spaces to jot down notes on what you’re most excited about. We know that your to-do list is long these days, but we’re really appreciative of your time and trusting us to capture your beautiful celebration!


Please also include getting ready location, ceremony location, and reception venue if different from above

It's very important to have all of the details set aside in the getting suite an hour before your photography coverage. Please make sure that the flower delivery is at least two hours prior to our scheduled photography start time. Many of our couples will request a few loose blooms from their florist for detail photos, which is a really nice extra touch! Lastly, please bring 2 copies of your invitation suite and any paper goods, welcome bags, etc.

We'd love to hear about your wedding design! Please note any details about your wedding colors, style and vibe of the decor. If possible, please send a moodboard via email.

We've included a checklist of our standard combinations below (with immediate family), and please feel free to use the checklist or fill in your own (first names would be helpful.) Any additional portrait groupings will take an additional 3-4 minutes.

Please include additional time in your timeline for extra family portraits.

Please include bridal dress designer & boutique, bridesmaid's attire, groom's attire, floral designer, hair & makeup artist, stationery designer, rentals, band/DJ, videographer, cake & caterer, etc.
